Victoria Hickey, Director of Secondary Education
During her career, Victoria Hickey has held the following positions: Teacher at Johnson Junior High School (1987-1994); Assistant Principal at Jefferson Middle School (1994-2002); Sales and Strategic Marketing for Educational Support for Houghton Mifflin Harcourt (2002-2010); School Improvement and Differentiated Accountability Resource Teacher for Brevard Public Schools (2010-2014); Assistant Principal at Astronaut High School (2014-2016); and Principal at Rockledge High School (2016-present). She received her bachelor's degree in English Education from Tennessee Technological University and a master’s degree in Education Leadership from Nova Southeastern University.

Elizabeth Lane, Coordinator of Student Services
During her career, Elizabeth Lane has held the following positions: Project Director for Safe School/Healthy Students Federal Grant (2010) and Supervisor of Social Services in the Student Services Department of the Osceola School District (2010-present). She received her bachelor's degree in Human Services from Southeastern University and a master’s degree in Counseling and Psychology from Palm Beach Atlantic University.

Valerie Martinez, Coordinator of Multicultural Education
During her career, Valerie Martinez has held the following positions: Teacher at Gateway High (2002-2008); ESOL Educational Specialist at Neptune Middle (2008-2009); Title III ESOL Specialist for Math and Science for the Osceola School District (2009-2010); Secondary Science Curriculum Specialist for the Osceola School District (2010-2011); Science Teacher at Parkway Middle (2011-2012); Science Teacher at Neptune Middle (2012-2013); District ESOL Educational Specialist for the Osceola School District (2013-2014); Senior Administrator for the Multilingual Student Education Services Department for Orange County Public Schools (2014-2016); and Director of the Multilingual Student Education Service Department for Orange County Public Schools (2016-present). She received her bachelor’s degree in Molecular/Microbiology from the University of Central Florida and a master’s degree in Educational Leadership from National Louis University.
