Zenith’s Culinary Arts Program prepares students to work in the fast paced, sometimes high pressure restaurant industry. Our classes are run as close to a real business setting as possible with students responsible for everything from receiving to serving to cooking and inventory. Students will receive hands on training in all aspects of the restaurant business and will become knowledgeable in safety and sanitation as well as how to handle food safely. The Pro Start Foundations curriculum is used as the basis for student information and assignments and upon completion of the program students will have the opportunity to take the ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification exam. They will learn basic cooking techniques and, with time, be able to create their own culinary masterpieces.
